Largest Chocolate Waterfall
The world's largest chocolate waterfall stands at Panny's Phillip Island Chocolate Factory, dumping 400kgs of pure liquid milk chocolate every 3 minutes. The waterfall stands at 2.5 metres tall.
The chocolate is recycled through the waterfall and is kept molten through a complex series of heaters and water jackets. There is a specialised chocolate pump that keeps the system operational. None of the chocolate is consumed, but the entire 400kg is replaced approximately every 12 months.
