World's Longest Solo Obstacle Course
Date of Record: 26/03/2018
David Holleran has earned himself five records by successfully completing the 'World's Longest Solo Obstacle Course'.
The course was laid out at the Eidsvold Showgrounds North Burnett Qld.
David planned to complete 33 laps of the 15.5 kilometre course, meaning he would have to cover 3 laps per day to get the job done, no mean feat.
At all times during the record attempt David was unassisted. A GPS device recorded David's every step.
The final overall result was 500 kilometres travelled by foot, 1,133 obstacles traversed, in 10 days, 4 hours and 57 minutes.
At conclusion of the event David had raised more than $10,000.00 for his charity of choice, RACQ LifeFlight.
