Most Sandcastles Built In One Hour

On the iconic sands of Surfers Paradise beach Queensland, people of all ages gathered together, making national history by building 1,589 sixty centimetre high sandcastles, in just one hour.
The event was in conjunction with the Sand Safari Arts Festival, hosted by Surfers Paradise Alliance.
