Date of Record: 18/10/2012
Leading firefighter and Eureka Climb ambassador Scott McGraw achieved what no one has ever done before when he successfully scaled Eureka Tower 31 times in succession, the equivalent of height of Mt Everest. After 11hrs and 16 mins, almost 51,000 steps, 2,728 levels and taking in 12 litres of fluid Scotty completed this incredible act of endurance and stamina. "It's the hardest thing I've ever done in my life", Scotty said breathlessly afterwards who regularly competes in Ironman and Triathlon events. "In the end I've done this to raise money for the Eureka Climb charity partners Whitelion and Interplast".
